Thursday, October 17, 2002 Wow, I've never heard my mum say fuck so many times in one telephone call... See, I told my family I was coming home this weekend, but there was a last minute plan to get together with some friends Friday night... Now, I know it's usually the whole "first plans come first" thing...and I know it probably seems ungrateful to my family, you know, "choosing friends over family", but, for me, if an opportunity arises, I'm going to jump at it. You only live once. I figured, I'd see them at the arts performance on Friday night, then after they left I'd find my crew, and I'd go home Saturday... Well, my mother didn't take this as casually as I did...and she never really gets mad, so she must have just been in one of her insomnia-induced depression/over-emotional mental states... [*shifty eyes*] I'm never like that [*shifty eyes*]... See, I wouldn't have had a problem with "sticking to the original plan" if she could have just asked nicely...Instead she desides to wait until she gets really upset, call and say "I'm pissed off..." So... Looks like the start of a fun weekend... Maybe I'll write "KILL ME" on my binder and have Mr. Kliza send me on forced medical leave for a psychiatric evaluation...I've always wanted one...just to see what they think of me... ...but he'd probably just SDC me... Oh, this reminds me, I haven't been posting lately because I've been quite bogged down with work... Here's a current events recap: -Mr. Kliza tried to get me SDC'd for "stealing" -I got my first D ever -The Australian exchange student, Sam, returned home -Jess and Manda, were sent on forced medical-leave due to "emotional instability" -Feild, Roberts, Morse, and Drew, have been suspended for pot -My dad got notice that he'll be layed off [stock company, inevitable...] -Kim had a birthday -A new teacher, Mr. Batt, withdrew after the discovery of a previous student relationship and -Will and Jes are "official" :) posted by Shannon | 10:32 PM |
